I couldn't really give a crap if the kit man is happy because he gets a good morning, what a load of bollocks.

Is it really though? Chappy's a very very well liked employee at City and has been for a very long time. I hardly think his expectation of a little common courtesy is a load of bollocks, particularly when you will notice he still works at the club.

There's the ripples in a pond thing aswell.

Chappy seems to be a guy that all of the players enjoy and have a laugh with. If he feels slighted somewhat by the manager then it will feed into a negative atmosphere. On the other hand if a Good Morning and a smile, a common courtesy lets remember, allows him to go on with his whacky humour and entertain the lads then Mancini should have made a point of doing so.

And that there shows your ignorance, far far far more important than being a kit man, I was talking to Buzzer about him last year and even he admitted the year we won the title, Les was one of the guys in the changing room at half time getting the players going in games we weren't playing well in. In a lot of football teams there are staff that are seen as very important and whatever you believe, Chappy is one of them. I know for a fact he often goes for meals with a few of the players, make of that what you will!

I'd hazard a guess that if chappy left the club tomorrow it would have no affect whatsoever on the players or the club. He's had digs at the previous manager before and imo has no right.
