Is it really though? Chappy's a very very well liked employee at City and has been for a very long time. I hardly think his expectation of a little common courtesy is a load of bollocks, particularly when you will notice he still works at the club.

Chappy seems to be a guy that all of the players enjoy and have a laugh with. If he feels slighted somewhat by the manager then it will feed into a negative atmosphere. On the other hand if a Good Morning and a smile, a common courtesy lets remember, allows him to go on with his whacky humour and entertain the lads then Mancini should have made a point of doing so.
