Here is an interesting idea... maybe the decision to sack Mancini was already made 4 months ago as well and Pellegrini already agreed verbally to take over?

At this rate I doubt he's even coming here!!! Let's get on with it City. I know that the Boys in Blue fight to the end but for goodness sake that's in the matches not when it comes to signing a new Manager!!!!
