I don't see why not. At transfer time they could sit together and agree on who they would like to join them. When it comes down to selling they could have a vote each on who they think is letting them down and flog whoevers name comes up the most. Let the scouts bring in youngens. Let the board deal with the rest of the club. It's a bit like Barcelona playing with no recognised striker. No one would have thought that would have worked but the rest is history.
