Lovely to see Lou Macari giving his unbiased assessment of Manuel Pelligrini's qualities. Having followed Manuels' career diligently for the last two decades, Lou was heard to opine "he spent more than £200m and won nothing, I don't know where they get these names from, I honestly don't".

Thanks Mr Macari. Talksport, home of the true spokesmen of the beautiful game.

At least Moyes has a proven pedigree eh Lou?

football is full of fucking robots these days, spewing sound bite after fucking sound bite out with nobody seemingly capable of forming their own opinions on anything and having the conviction to back it.

Someone should tell mr chipshop that Moyes was second choice.

These cunts, Macari and Crerand will be hid so far under the biggest rocks in the years to come when its apparent that Moysieyosie as he will be affectionately known as, is indeed a fucking duffer who isn't fit to lace the pisscan, piss stained shoes.

"Talksport on the line guys....want to hear your vies on your beloved rags struggle to get into the top 10 this year"

Crerand will of course start to shout and deny it pmsl.

Why has the Martin Samuel debate been merged? It's surely something worth discussing in it's own topic?

Graham Hunter has just said that unless there is a major change, Manuel Pellegrini will be the new MCFC manager and he will be bringing Isco with him.

Confirmation of what has already been reported of course but let's hope that it's true. I was a Mancini fan but, sometimes someone is needed at the time. That may have been true of Mancini 3 years ago and, hopefully true of Pelligrini now.

As reported by me yesterday ;)

This info was coming out of Spain yesterday so no surprise that Graham Hunter has got hold of it. Not sure why the press over in the UK didn't get hold of the Isco story yesterday. Pretty much a done deal from what I hear.

Where did you hear it Jay? It certainly seems big news in much of the British media but I have grown to treat their pontifications with disdain.

Not sure this is correct place to ask this but.....

We are told hold up is because Malaga are still trying to get a Europa cup spot in league.

Fair enough, but also told due to financial issues Malaga are banned from champs league.

So how does that work ? You can be banned from champers league, but ok to play in Europa cup ???

Or am I missing something.....

If I understand this correctly, they're banned from European competition for one year, to be served when they next qualify. If they don't qualify this year, the ban carries over until they do so it makes sense they'd want it out of the way.
