Pellegrini Pre-Match Press Conference

Went on the city tour Monday and the guide was telling us how good pellars is in batting back answers to the jurno's.

He gives them nowt which really pisses them off. I can see why the club appointed him.

Don't understand why those players won't take part they need games. We go to Newcastle away with them not having played we'll lose.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

What's funny? Players need game time. Newcastle away with all the new signings will be tough and us having 6 vital players who haven't had any game time will make it tougher.

There is nothing funny at all about what you said. if we haven't learnt from last season not under estimated supposed 'lesser clubs' then we never will.
Newcastle away is not exactly the easiest of opening fixtures we could of had. Players need game time and Sunday is very good opportunity to give some of them that time.

It seems that it also really pisses off some Bluemooners who cant understand why other managers' press conferences get more press coverage.

pellegrinis pre match press conferences,i cant watch them he doesn't say a lot and some of the questions sound like they've been written by 5 year olds, its a bit of a bore fest
The press hate him, because he doesn't throw them any juicy bones. I love him for it.
All day long. They'll be hanging on every word from the media whores Mourinho and Rodgers. Pelle just gets on with business. Long may it continue.

The simple reason is that Mr Pellegrini is a gentleman. We find it hard nowadays to comprehend that a manager can be polite to everyone and not just simply make throw away remarks.

He is a dying breed unfortunately.

These players were playing about 4 weeks ago, its like having a minor injury and coming back.

Key thing for Komps Zab MDM etc will be fitness, they will already understand each other and the system we want to play.

Fernando is probably the key new signing to settle in and he's had a full pre season, maybe could had done with a bit more time with Yaya etc which i expect he'll get this weekend

Some common sense here, I'm not worried at all, as I have no doubt there will be things arranged for next week to give them "match" time. I'd give Aguero a couple of weeks anyway lets make sure he's ready.
