I just hope he doesn't feel to pressured into winning everything as it would be a struggle to let youth into the team.
I'd love to see two or three of the Elite squad get a chance, thats if there good enough or at least have real potential.
Just out of interest do we have any left wingers in the youth teams? That would be a great moment to see one of our kids turning defenders inside out.

The embargoed parts were Pellegrini saying he wanted to bring up U21 players and revealing Thaksin offered him the City job in 2007 and that he almost joined Liverpool before they chose Hodgson.

From his interviews he has clearly often watched premier league matches, and if he hasn't experienced our fans 1st hand (sure he will have heard us on TV at least considering it's likely he's been lined up for some while for the job), I'm sure he will have been told about the fans and probably learnt some of the history of the club.
We have some miserable bastards in our ranks, and it's usually quite chucklesome but it's just annoying when some take it to a new low.
