Our away support is mainly made up of FOCs ;-) with disposable income. Many FOCs belong to supporter branches and are guaranteed a match ticket and affordable coach travel.

I always feel that if the South Stand sings the best-known songs then the rest of the ground joins in. One song we don't hear but I'd like to hear again is "we fight to the end". That one really got people going. Dare I say it, but perhaps the Poznan needs to come back more often.

(local) Working class City fans with or without kids. Our bread and butter fans. And our future generations of City fans. They can't afford £68 Adult match tickets and £45 junior match tickets.

So you can't see the difference between which would be more impactful on your second half performance- words strongly uttered from a coach or teammate spurring you forward or booing from fans half whom are likely 4 drinks in and more focused on how the performance impacts their wager than what's actually going on on the pitch.

Well only one of them is paying their wages, so I'd suspect if you get booed off it stings. They probably get a bollocking from Pep everyday.
If anything, I'd expect Pep to use the booing to underline the points he was going to make to them

Yes I do Karen. Peps called them out more than once. Didsbury Dave has before now and is productive in his ideas for atmosphere. This broke the camels back for me. It’s happening too many times. I’m old school Kippax lad and it wasn’t difficult back in the day to create a noise and it shouldn’t be now. I hope Peps words have a positive effect. Fingers crossed because that team needs us especially when it’s hard to break teams down.
