Pep and Colin Bell

Let us be clear on this , Kevin, amazing player for City..but believe me Colin who had a similar role was the greatest in my lifetime..would give Kevin 9/10 but the King was 10/10.. but for buchan, that man was the worlds best and sadly cropped in his prime.. if not for that injury, I suggest City would have achieved so much more..what a shame for him and City. Fucking love that man.

My first game was City hosting the rags in '68. Unfortunately, we lost that battle but won the war that season. I fell in love with Colin Bell....almost literally; photo on my bedroom wall and everything.
My mates said that made me gay. But, then I fell in love with Princess Anne at the '69 Cup Final (my 2nd game) and had the Cup Final program photo on my wall next to Colin. Weird, bi, or just bad taste in women?
We grow up and accept what we did when we were kids was sometimes ' growing up' and a bit strange.
But I never lost my love for that man and what he did for City.
We all know about his vision, energy and passing ability. And he scored every kind of goal. But he was underrated as a striker of the ball. I agree with Bert's neck. lf he could have played on today's pitches he would have been a different level.
