cannot wait for him to take over this summer. It will take a minimum of 12 months to take the team into his vision, at the very least 2 transfer windows and EDS lads being promoted. Need to be patient and not expect miracles in the first season but what we can expect is a manager who actually lives and breathes the game and studies the opposition before a game is played
