Somethings up with Pep.

After winning everything in his 1st year of a 2 yr contract, Barcelona has offered to extend the contract which he has turned down. He wants to see what his options are at the end of the term.

Interesting.

Old news. Barca have presidential elections this summer, and if as expected, Sandro Roselli(sp?) ousts Laporta, then there's a chance that he would want to bring his own man in. Hence Pep is biding his time.

Truth is I'm almost 100% certain that if Sandro does win, first thing he'll do is give Pep a new contract...

There are presendential elections at the end of the season. Laporta has had his two terms and Guardiola wants to see who succedes him.

It will be Sandro Rossell and Guardiola will resign.

Story ends.

Very odd, any manager in the world would love to be in his position.

Only job better than Barcelona in my opinion would be Real Madrid, but I thought he was Barca through and through?

I am quite happy with the Ex-Barcelona player we already have thanks.

As am I. But if you had the chance to pick between Guadiola or Hughes who would it be? Mine would be Guadiola. Ok he doesn't have prem experience but he's won big trophies and can no doubt handle bid players. He fined Messi for turning up to training 5 mins late, so he's also not scarred to upset the big boys.
