Prioritising the CL for a farewell present? Are you on drugs or something?

If (miracles allowing) we win the CL this year, I'd stick good money on Pep leaving very soon after, with the full blessing of the Board.

It's his only bit of unfinished business at City. The CL is his and the Board's priority this season.

Every manager in the world would sell their soul to get a 22 year old Erling Haaland.

Managing with a striker who scores 1.2 goals a game is managing on easy mode.
The failure to involve Haaland more consistently in our play is the biggest criticism you can make of Guardiola this season.

There does appear to be some unhappiness in the squad, and we shouldn’t have been allowed to go into the season with both Gundogan and Bernado seemingly wanting away. Phillips and Gomez look like bad signings and Foden’s slump in form looks to be something more deep rooted as well. Ultimately, winning five out of six titles was always going to tough.

However, the slow, laboured approach to our play when you have Haaland in the team is the more frustrating issue for me and even with the various issues around the squad, I don’t think Guardiola is getting the best out of the players available this season.

Haaland is the better goal scorer he's a killer and is blowing away records. But he's still young and needs to learn linkup play

Kane is the better player right now in overall play, he would've been a better fit and a easier transition from the false 9 with how good his link up play is there's a reason Pep wanted him.

It was the derby. If you don't feel like shite after our abject display, you're not a proper Blue mate.

Shit like that hurts. Sometimes you need to vent your anger. If you're OK with that performance in a derby, I would say it's you who needs to take a break.

Try taking the blue tinted specs off.

If we carry on like this then we need to be focusing on making sure we get Top 4! The games don’t get any easier in the next few weeks and we are in abject form.
We had a very fortunate run of fixtures before the World Cup, so for me we were well below par going into the break five points behind Arsenal. People have also become overly complacent around our ability to put a run of wins together after Christmas.

Of course it hurts. I’m more hurt of a ludicrous decision which change the outcome of the game. The performance is the second half more than warranted a win at Old Trafford. They didn’t have a sniff until that goal.

I’m over it already though, no point in sulking. We’ve had a wonderful few years watching City, a bad bit of form won’t make me lose my head.
