Sorry Pep,but for me to get into the ground 3 hours before kick off Wednesday is a no,I'll be in my seat for around 7.45 ish though if that helps.

Work, travel, roads etc just won't let me get there any earlier, sorry fella

I think if we did manage to win all three this season not only would we have to be considered the best ever english team also Pep would probably & sadly call it a day.
I've said for some time that I think Pep will walk away from City (and football generally) when we win the CL. The treble would be the icing on the cake, but the CL is what he was appointed for.

Other than the ridiculous club world trophy thing, and £12m+ a year salary, there's nothing else for him to achieve at City.

I'd be more than happy to see Pep stay, but wouldn't be at all surprised to see a new coach at City next season.

No chance he leaves before his extension even kicks in. He'll see ouit the 2 years. It isn't about the winning things , if he's content, and he is he'll stay.

He won't finish before his contract finishes.
To be fair, we don't know whether or not his current contract includes a 'get out clause' allowing him to walk away in certain circumstances.

The CL is the only thing he hasn't delivered yet. I honestly don't think Mansour and Co would stand in his way when he delivers it.

some of these have been parroting / dreaming that scenario since his first season in the CL with us. Utterly bizarre “opinion” if you can call it that.

Two trebles. Wow. He would go with all our blessings. Make space for a big fuck off statue at the main entrance.

Too early to think about the treble, Pep's perfectly right about that.

The chance to do it is no more than 25% now.

It may feel like it's a lot better than that, because we are arguably the best team in Europe, but if you do the maths it gets clear it's 25% at best.

IF we win the tie with Real and win the league, the chance rises to 50%.
Let's take one game at a time and try not to jinx it.

Sometimes I wonder what reaction I would get for saying something negative on here. These are the good days, there were many bad ones before 2008. Just hope we can find someone who can take forward the Pep philosophy.

There's no reason for him to leave even if we win CL, I also don't think he'd go to any other clubs after us, maybe a national team down the line.

This is Pep. Winning all three would satisfy us fans and the players, and some. For Pep it will just make he want to go and win all four next season instead!
Good. That's what he's paid to do. While he's at it, he can add the 3 glorified friendly competitions as well. Oh and fucking beat spurs for once.

The whole line of thinking comes from opposition fans hoping he’ll leave.

He’s always said he’ll leave when the players stop listening to him, and they are obviously still listening!

No manager in the world is going to leave just as the going gets good, and Pep is smart enough to know Haaland is just getting good.

But but but, if he ever leaves us the going will be good at that moment, cos he’ll be in charge. Oh, that means he’ll never leave. Ok by me!
