Yea, but not if you read the comments on the BBC, we have cheated, every comment except City fans say it so it must be true hahaha, love it
I’m not sure if you read The Athletic, but Sam Lee’s latest says EVEN IF City did a bit of rule bending, the achievements of the Club are still laudable!!

Hell has officially frozen over! ;-)

It would take more than him to influence the masses though I'm afraid, because let's be honest here, if City fans take no notice of what he writes or says about us the same will apply to fans of other teams

The Athletic has a pretty good reputation outside the tribalism of haters, and even if it’s not a widespread sentiment, it’s good to see it in print for a change!

It’ll all be even better if and when the FFP nonsense is put to bed, though.

How many players for City has Pep coached to world elite level?

Kevin
Gundo
John boy
Walker
Rodri
Phil
Bernie
Eddie

havent included David and Kun and Komps because they were elite when he arrived. There is an argument for Mahrez and Raheem too. Haaland - give it time. Quite a track record.

Some of these are NOT good examples.

Especially signings like Bernie and Gundo, absolutely already world class before they came, it was the reason City bought them in the first place.

Bernie destroyed Pep in the CL before he even brought him here.

Both players were improved by Pep. Therefore they are good examples.

Yeah he has another year love him to sign another 2 year contract end of this season but if pep wants to leave the best way is a year before his contract runs out so there is no unrest with 12 months of speculation of whose the next manager is or players just not on it..
Pep's achieved everything he can over his time here and has won every single club cup (apart from the LDV Vans Trophy!). I just wonder if he thinks "My work here is done". Will he now either look for another challenge, or rejoin his wife in Spain for a sabbatical?
