Pep's achieved everything he can over his time here and has won every single club cup (apart from the LDV Vans Trophy!). I just wonder if he thinks "My work here is done". Will he now either look for another challenge, or rejoin his wife in Spain for a sabbatical?
We are all human and its hard not to expect that will be a reality

His next challenge is win it with the kids
 
What strikes me the most is the narrative that he changed English football right down to the grass roots playing out from the back.
It's not English football but world football that's been changed into playing out from the back.
Most are still playing catch up as we saw last Friday night and still struggling to do it the Man City/ Pep way.
You youngsters will be telling your grand kids how you were there when "Pep changed the football".

his wife and kids spend a lot of time over here btw.
