Have you not considered the players may becoming a little disillusioned with the way he's setting the team up leaving them constantly exposed?Felt sorry for Pep today those player threw him under a bus with that effort
Hard to feel sorry for someone who refuses to change a thing after watching his team produce rank bad displays and even worse results for two months. Don't put this monumental drop-off all on the player's heads, Pep is as much to blame as anyone.

If Pep, who see them and our youngsters in training every day have made the judgement that the youngsters are even worse, then yes. To start players who are even worse just to "play the kids" is saying that you have given up.So playing Walker and Gundo game after game even when it's evident they are no longer competitive at the Prem level is an indication of an ambition to win? You are making the assumption that the children in our youth teams are as good as or better than the players you want benched. Which you have no idea if they are, but still assume you know more about their ability than Pep. It seems foolish to assume that they are just as good as our senior players and its just that the manager with most trophies per season in world football that has no clue about how to rate a players ability. Also funny how you demand to see more kids play but also complain when the best out of them get minutes, "Peps adopted son". The irony.No it doesn't. Every one from the top down is low on confidence , looking tired and beaten before a ball is even kicked and for a number of reasons some of which we cannot control the wheels are well and truly off and yes Pep is responsible for this as much as anyone and sadly he doesn't know how to catch them and put them back on as good if not better than before but his cattle are weak and many will only get weaker.Have you not considered the players may becoming a little disillusioned with the way he's setting the team up leaving them constantly exposed?

We need a complete reset both on and off the pitch and if Pep is to be part of it he has to probably reinvent himself to the next squad which hopefully will be somewhat bigger and up for the next era of dominance we aspire to.
I agree, yesterdays game further proved he either hasn't learnt anything during this run, or if he has he thinks he's above having to apply what hes learnt to change anything. The one game he did make out and out changes to the personnel/system we won comfortably against Forest. Funny that.
Absolutely right, 4 points from the last 8 league games, 20 points dropped... a return matched only by rock bottom Southampton. No manager should ever be above being questioned over a run of form like this.If he we don’t recruit well in January or if he don’t change tactics I don’t see him making the month out. Something smells really off, pushing lewis constantly in midfield is suicide at this level, one transition and play it wherever Lewis should be and attack the space that is pretty much all the opposition have to do. The substitutions are embarrassing. He’s been a great coach but how long does this go on, he’s making himself look a total prat. Injuries or not I have never seen such poor football at this level.
According to the happy clappers nothing to do with pep though - only the trophies are to do with pep. They want it both ways, when we win it's down to pep and when we lose it suddenly becomes the players.
Yes some of the players are clearly on the slide but performances and results should never get anywhere near where they have been for the last two months even if we're deeming this a 'transitional' season.

If Pep walks sadly he will tarnish his records, this is where he proves he’s a great coach, yes he won loads of things when it’s going for him but should he walk and leave us in the shit, he will be rightly castigated, he needs to right the ship get us top four (fingers crossed) if he then feels he’s done then fair enough, allow someone else to rebuild.
