Just seen the pictures of his scratched up head, that's really severe! He'd have literally pulled his hair out if he had any. I thought my nail biting was bad, but that's a different level. Quite worrying to see him that visibly stressed by our performances.
He's actually got quite an agitated demeanour a lot of the time. You see him in press conferences and his fingers are pinching his arms like he's removing dust from his sweater. I sort of know how he feels as I started scratching my head mid-collapse last night. Weirdly and stupidly, I had my keys in my hand at the same time and hurt my head.

His passion is admirable and he's determined to turn things around. He wants to rebuild this team and eventually leave on a high. That's a guy I want at the club. Real fighting qualities.

Pep's plan A wins you 6/9 leagues (assuming this year is done, and including the first year where the squad was in worse shape than it is now). I promise you no other manager with a Plan A and a less stubborn Plan B produces that form. Ferguson, Mourinho, Wenger, Ancelotti, Clough, Shankly, Paisley, none of them have done what Pep has done in an era where English football has the pick of the world's best players and managers. It really is as simple as that.

It seems some are only just realising how invested and intense Pep is!

It’s never been as bad as last night as we’ve never capitulated for no reason like that before and he couldn’t process how it fell apart so badly so quickly.

He’ll have been furiously manoeuvring blue and red player markers on the white board pitch map today whilst shouting random stuff in Catalan to nobody.

Come Sunday, he’ll have a plan cooked up for the dippers. Whether it works is anyone’s guess at the moment.

Jesus Christ. So all of those scratches on his nose/head came from himself during the match?

That's, erm, concerning...
More than you believe...

He’s obviously very stressed at the moment. You could see his reaction after that first goal went in and he knew just what was in store. He knew his team would buckle. He’s in new territory, this is something he hasn’t been used to before and his stress levels are probably hitting levels they’ve never been. Madness, considering we’re still in second place in the league and playing in the Champions League but that’s what being a perfectionist and a winner does for you.

The players owe the boss everything.

I hope he is looking after himself.

I know people are hurting but he needs our support and understanding.

The players would need to do the same.

We all need a cause. Rally behind Pep, he owes us nothing and gave us everything.

I’m not that stressed ,I can accept not winning anything this year and be relaxed about it. What will bring the stress on is getting to February and being within 6 points of the leaders. Then I’ll get pulled back in to the being stressed:)
