'Pep out' is a dumb claim. However, i haven't been impressed with him for the better part of 2 years now.

That said, I just don't see anything better out there. The clout and aura he has is a winner for me. But his management has been at best average for the better part of 2 years.

It's just that these baffling choices and losses are getting more frequent since last season, I thought it was going to be different this season but they still pop up, I hope after yesterday we don't see that for a long time.

Pep didn't want players and preferred to go again with the tried and tested, but then too many were over the hill. It was then financially impossible to replace 6-7 key players with something similar, so we've decided to build a younger squad and give them time to develop. None of the players are bad, contrary to the overwrought opinions on here, but Guardiola has struggled to cope with utilising a larger squad.

People think Kompany loves City so so so much so he will join to work under Soriano and weak recrutiment team under Viana. He is loving life in Bayern, zero reason to be here.
 
Soriano, Khaldoon and all these overrated hierarchy cannot and won’t exist without Pep. He is working miracles with this team no matter what. The recruitment is probably the worst from top6 teams and a joke in comparison to PSG, Bayern, Real etc. Imagine backing him like Slot or Teta in the summer. They cannot even sign a RB for this team. After 2023 this is a joke not a board.

He is right. The biggest problem is the recruitment and signing players below the level. Everyone who knows football will tell you City has 20-30% deadwood in this team.

There should have been fisticuffs all over the pitch after that crap, eleven randomly scattered cones would have been more of an obstacle than those eleven assholes on the pitch, no pressing up front, Luxembourg size hole in the MF, no challenge on crossings, total loss of orientation in the box, you really need to give feck all to allow that to happen.

The final decision on any player stops at Pep, end of. The bloke is fucking god within the walls of the CFA.

Pep isnt getting enough out of what we have, that team last night should have put in a better performance, simple. They looked like they had never played the game before, whose responsibility is that?

Either his methods are failing and the squad have stopped listening or we have a bigger issue that we don't know about.

That's why I don't get why people even consider Vinny, Enriquez or Fabregas. The first two get the same or close enough support in terms of transfers and are consistently playing for a double or treble season to season. Fabregas probably won't risk scuttling his managerial reputation (albeit small at this point) for a club and squad in transition.
