At some point, a club that is still aspiring to be at the top, needs to make a change. It’s a matter of opinion when that change needs to be made, but you’re burying your head in the sand if you think everything can carry on exactly as it is.
 
as I said lesser and lesser managers can outfox him it doesnt take Pochettino, Tuchel, Klopp to beat him etc.
its awful ones like Amorim, Feyenoord manager, Leverkusen caretaker, Carrick, Bodo manager and Chelsea caretaker etc, losing serious FA cup games to Ten Hag and Glasner who had only half the talent in their squad

It's one year into the rebuild of the leagues greatest ever side.

Will take more than one summer and winter window.

Patience needed but some of you have become like Madrid fans wanting a manager change after a bad season.

If he can't be bothered to commit himself right now to another 5 years, then make his mind up for him and get Alonso signed for the summer.

Rico Lewis getting 180 minutes and playing left back at right back to accommodate him is just stupid. We can’t play football in 2026 with zero legs across the middle.

He sticks to his principles too much and doesn't bother changing it.

How can you have a young defence with no communication back and a midfield where nobody is good enough off the ball and the manager plays the same system.
 
Should apologise. Didn’t manage that game at all. Clear the set up was wrong from the 15th minute but didn’t change it at all till were 3-0 down and 10 men. Pathetic from pep.
 
What a fucking shite manager he has been for the majority of the last 18 months. "Football with courage" used to be his slogan, but he has turned into an absolute footballing coward and it has rubbed off on his players. Multiple managers would have done a lot more than he has with these players, injuries or not. 500m spent since he tanked every game last winter because he refused to make changes, and after an encouraging first half where we sometimes looked like going a bit more direct he is back to his shit on a stick coward-ball. 3 conceded against one of the weakest CL team, 2 disallowed. 2 conceded, 3 disallowed against United in his darkest week as a City manager. This is a fucking disgrace. And I was postive before christmas, but this is fucking gruesome to watch. Needs a revelation on the pitch quickly, or maybe Ljinders should get a go
