He's the greatest football manager that's ever graced this country. ANYONE who knows anything about football will tell you that.

As good as Wenger, Shankly, Ferguson etc were, Pep blasts them out of the water. He is a visionary, a revolutionary and make absolutely no mistake about it - he is the reason why England won the U21s and why we will win the Euros or World Cup with the senior team.

He's been here just over 7 years and in that time he has:

1. Revolutionised goalkeeping. If you can't play with your feet you're going to play in the Championship. EVERY goalkeeper now in the PL has to be able to play with their feet and that's why De Gea will be fucked off to Saudi.

2. Revolutionised the full back role. He made the fullbacks the most tactically advanced position on the pitch. He inspired the likes of Klopp to do the same and we now have an abundance to top class full backs to pick from for England.

3. He binned full backs. After making full backs the most important players on the pitch, he got rid of them completely! Watch Klopp, EtH, Pocchetino etc copy it next season.

4. You don't need strikers. Utterly insane. The idea that you score a lot of goals without strikers is nonsense! That 4-6-0 formation was unplayable.

5. You do need strikers! He brought in a rough and ready Erling Haaland and made him the best striker England has ever seen despite only touching the ball to put it in the net!

6. Left footed players play on the right and vice versa. I know this had been done before, but how many other managers could make Mahrez, Sterling, Bernardo, Foden etc into genuine world class players - I think he could take ANY player in the PL and make them world class. See Zinchenko as the best example.

7. He improves every player he works with. It's incredibly difficult to think of any player that he's made worse. He literally improves every player he works with. Players like Ederson, Dias, Stones, Rodri, KdB, Bernardo, Haaland, Fernandinho, Aguero, Sane, Sterling, Grealish Laporte, Ake, Akanji have improved MASSIVELY since he worked with them.

8. He showed Southgate what he needed to do with England and that's why we will win a major trophy soon. Without Pep we'd not get close to the final/semis we've seen recently. Players like Trafford, Walker, Stones, Phillips, Foden, Sterling, Grealish etc are - or have been - schooled to keep the ball, be patient and pick out the killer pass.

9. He will make City have the top 2 Ballon D'Or contendors - KdB and Haaland.

10. He's shattered records took English football to a level it's not seen before. This City team would ANNIHILATE every single team before it. Full stop.
