I wonder what award will be conveyed onto Sheikh M and Mr K for the magnificent transformation of East Manchester and the billions invested into UK GOV projects?

Sheik M is already a knight of this realm. Not sure anybody knows why.

I didn't know but I'm not surprised.
His financial help for Manchester Council when none was available to East Manchester has provided this area with funding to develop.

Certainly other areas of the UK including Liverpool have also benefitted.

I think it was after a State Visit to the late Queen and for services to art, science and sport.
An Honorary Honour rather like Terry Wogan and others who were/are not actually British Citizens.
