Pep to leave at the end of the season

what the fuck are you talking about?

his eldest, maria 25, lives in london, she's a model and an influencer, but she does sometimes come up to manchester to see her dad.

marius 22, lives in dubai, the ceo of 3 companies.

valentina 17, already lives with her mum in barcelona, studying politics and language

who exactly is moving?
I sense a stalker

For all the good Soriano did in his early days at City, I cannot wait for him to fuck off. He is behind the tourist chasing. Did it at Barcelona and decimated their local, match going support and he’s doing it here too.

I also won’t miss him tbh. He is quite open about not giving a shit about local support.

We will be fine. Gotta take the positives from it because you can't do anything about the negatives.

Maybe the new coach will play to Haaland strengths for eg?
Maybe Cherki will be allowed to roam a little.?

We were great before Pep, we were great before the money, and we were great before the Premier League.

Man city will continue to be great.

Pep quotes earlier in the week and also previous conversations with Khaldoon:

“With the club, I always talk but not now," he explained. "When it was three, four seasons ago, when there was one year left I should talk with my chairman first. When I talk with my chairman, we decide [whether] to have one more year and we talk everything will [be] decide[d]."

In 2024, the first time Guardiola's future was in serious doubt, the City chairman remained calm about the situation.

With Pep, we've had this conversation many times before over the years of the contract," Al Mubarak explained. "Pep has always been fully committed to this club, fully committed to every contract he's signed with us.

The decision on his future is always a decision we take together, and I have no doubt we will find, as we always have done, the right solution that works for Pep and works for us."

He added: "It's hard to put into words what Pep has given this organisation, this club. You can look at just records for history's sake, and there I think he's racked up almost every record in the book... But also beyond that, I think what his impact has been on football.

Al Mubarak said of Guardiola: "We have trust, and it goes both ways, I think," the chairman said on their working relationship. He trusts us. He trusts me. He trusts the organisation. He trusts the club and we trust him.

"And that trust is what, in the good times, allows you to keep winning and in the tough times that's where that trust really shows up. It [the season] was not easy for him professionally. It was not easy for him personally."

Fully committed to each contract? I can only speculate that is not the case 2026? I wonder what changed and when for pep to decide to leave?

Interesting going back to look at those quotes as it gives you an idea how it’s being dealt with.

Think we find out today or Friday at the latest.

Irreplaceable.

Just been told by a gooner that Pep is leaving. I said " is he ? I havent seen that" he said yea Pep has said he is leaving.

I havent heard or seen Pep say he is leaving. Plenty of rumours but I haven't heard it from Pep or City
File alongside those who say "City are guilty" whenever 115 is mentioned, regardless of the fact that they've seen no evidence and in most cases don't even know what the charges are.

I think it’s impossible to over-estimate how hard it will be to replace him. No other manager dominates silverware like he does or attracts the best players.

If I hadn’t seen such riches.
I could have lived with it too. I used to tell myself that if we could just win the FA cup once I would die happy.

It's not all about Pep though, let's not forget that both Mancini and Pellegrini won titles and we've grown as an organisation since then so there's no reason why another manager couldn't come in and be successful. Not as successful in terms of regular cup finals perhaps, but without wishing to put a damper on Pep's achievements we've only won the CL once. I think most neutrals believe that with the players we've had we should have won it more often than that.
