Why?Emery is a good fit for how Villa play and has done brilliantly. He'd be a terrible fit for how we play.

Maresca has a much better cv for starters and Iraola style of play isn’t very pep like. Would be a huge change. Like klopp to slot.Going to say this again. Why is Iraola not in the conversation??
It's okay, she's got enough info to blackmail the club if they come after her ;)I hope she’s a member, has 5 million points and isn’t using someone else’s seasoncard on a burner phone, mate.
;)
He is ahead of Maresca for me. He has done an extraordinary job at Bournemouth.Going to say this again. Why is Iraola not in the conversation??
He's probably signed a pre-contract elsewhereGoing to say this again. Why is Iraola not in the conversation??
We can’t be playing a style of football and having our academy from all ages etc play that way only to completely rip it up and appoint someone like emery. Why?
Wow thought Blockbuster had gone errrr Bust :)A guy I know that works at Blockbuster said Pep's just returned all his DvD's and paid his overdue fines on one go. It's happening.
What? Hes been very good at Chelsea if anything. Check some facts and insights about reasons of his departure then talk not before. For me its clear that BlueCo are mental and its not been Maresca's fault at all.Yeah but the guy who fucked up at Chelsea, no thanks.
There was an interesting line Pep used in his post Bournemouth assessment, which was on the whole season and not just the game.My point is everybody bangs on about the last two seasons but totally disregards the fact that we were beset with injuries, with over 13 players out at one point, last season and this season we're a team in transition with a lot of young, new players coming in who have to learn how the coach operates and how to play with each other. That does not happen overnight no matter who you are but many of you seem incapable of understanding that.
Then you're calling me out for talking about results then you start banging on about the Real Madrid matches. I'll leave it with you, I have better things to do.
Now you know why. Its all Peps fault for not paying his fines on timeWow thought Blockbuster had gone errrr Bust :)
Seems an ill-informed comment. He got them CL qualification and the CWC. PL MoM 25/6 three times last year too.Yeah but the guy who fucked up at Chelsea, no thanks.
Arteta? On the naughty step please.Everybody would be a question mark after Pep. Other best coaches like Enrique, Kompany, Arteta are not available.
Emery, Iraola, all could be great and all could be a flop at the very highest level as pretty much Emery has been during his PSG or Arsenal tenures.
I didn't see that but he's right. One of those things was on the night of the game itseld, we'd played 3 games in 6 days and were very obviously dead on our feet. No doubt he's referring to some referee/VAR calls too. There was an interesting line Pep used in his post Bournemouth assessment, which was on the whole season and not just the game.
'We had to deal with things we could not control'. On the face of it, probably injuries. But he said it with that Pep look he gives people, the read between the lines one.
Mister moneybags eh!A guy I know that works at Blockbuster said Pep's just returned all his DvD's and paid his overdue fines in one go. It's happening.
Bravo!
Not really while his greatness is inarguable to say he is infallible is ridiculous, he himself on many ocassions has said he overthought it or played his faves, could u honestly say this season that our midfield could not have been improved if he didnt insist on shoehorning bernardo in at all costs, its not a knock on pep.Not the best team for the job really, have you not seen his trophy haul, what a ridiculous post.
This revisionism needs to stop ffsYeah but the guy who fucked up at Chelsea, no thanks.
