Pep to leave at the end of the season

Legend. The greatest. Our lives changed with Mancini but Pep took it in a direction no one thought were possible.

Fresh ideas, fresh starts can be good but we will have to anknowledge that it most likely will never be quite as good ever again

Well we now know he's stepping down for sure but we also know he isn't really leaving us. I hope we manage things so that he's not another Baconface, casting a shadow over everyone else.

I did think a while ago that he might move into a role overseeing youth development across the group so I wasn't far wrong. I think he stayed on a couple of seasons too long but from the Centurions season through to the Treble & 4-in-a-row seasons, we've seen the team scale heights we may never see again. But who knows what the future holds.

I've gone from dragging myself to excruciatingly bad games as a lad, to watching sublime football that was/is the best in the world.
I've (we've) have been through the mixer and come out the other end pinching myself at the sheer enormity of what we have achieved.
And it's not over yet. We fight on and on.

Pep, what a guy, a legend, a generational talent.
The best there's ever been.
And he'll forever be blue!

Wow what a video! Classy to the end, what a guy! I’m in floods watching that. Gutted I can’t be there on Sunday & Monday, as just had a new hip! There won’t be a dry eye in the house with Pep, Jonny & Bernie leaving!

The best there is, the best there was, the best there ever will be.

In bits after watching that video. We'll struggle to get close to the sustained level of success again, but perhaps more importantly I very much doubt we'll ever have a manager who gets the club the way Pep does.

A giant amongst men.

Well I was hoping all the rumours weren’t true but as the week went on it was clear they weren’t just rumours. Now we have the official announcement I’m devastated, love the man who has given all us blues the best years we could ever have dreamt off. .
This weekend will be very emotional from Sunday afternoon to Monday evening as we are losing three legends in one go.
Get behind them on Sunday and then on Monday give them a send off they will never forget.
The you Pep, John and Bernardo from the bottom of my heart as I have had the ride of my life.

It’s really sad to see Pep go, but I fully support his decision. Thank you for giving us such wonderful memories over the last ten years. You’re a true legend.

I am not okay.

When that's been said. Thank you Pep for the most amazing and insane 10 years in all of Football!
