Pep to leave at the end of the season

Cheers mate.

I just want to add, Mrs Dodge is 15 years my junior, so thinking about it, Peps probably the only reason she's stayed with this old fart.

Best pack my bags as well then.

Thanks for nothing Pep, fuck me.

..and before any of you tossers come out with "you know the rules"....she's the banana on the left.

I travelled a 200 mile round trip to greet him at the CFA and I'll do the same trip to pay homage to the bloke when he leaves, and there'll be plenty more like me.

His dedication to our Club and sheer will to win has given us the ride of our lives for a decade. Fans will travel from all over the country to thank him and wave him off into the sunset.
Agree with every word, I was meaning in the tens of thousands, assuming it wasn't going to be in the final match day. The comment has been taken out of context, the guy was whinging about the club not telling anybody. I also said in another post that if people want to be there badly enough they will be. I'll be there too, 160 mile round trip for me.

You could've picked any club, Pep, but you picked ours. You changed us and, looking at that video, it seems we changed you as well. I didn't have any dreams but you took yours and put them in my head. I watched every single one play out in reality. The only downer is my Mum & Dad, Blues till the end, never got to see any of this, never got to see us become, literally, 'the best team in the land and all the world.'

So, thank you, Pep.

Finally… why the fuck didn’t you start Cherki v Bournemouth, you mad Blue bald twat!

Take it easy, mate. And keep an eye out for the emergency goat signal in the sky, we might need you again one day…

Didn’t realise he’s becoming a CFG Global Ambassador. Looks like he’s going white collar for a while and will be enjoying being in the game but not having to watch the corruption that was going on right in front of him.

Great to see he remains part of this wonderful club.

Thank you, Sir , for this wonderful journey in the history of this club. You are a true genius.

Your footballing style, your unwavering passion, and every moment you spent directing players from the touchline ، not just City players, but even opposing players ،showed the world that you are a true football fanatic and a genuine lover of the game.

You have created unforgettable memories. All the titles, the pride, and the emotions you gave the fans will forever remain etched in our hearts. You changed the club forever and gave us one of the greatest eras in football history.

But perhaps what makes you even more special is your humanity, generosity, and support for many important causes beyond football.

Thank you, Pep. Words cannot fully express the depth of our gratitude and appreciation for everything you have given to football in general, and to Manchester City in particular.

Is toure staying? Shame about Pep 2 nice the club offered him a chance to stay surprised he didnt stay another year.

Missed most of the season because of my hip . Just had a hip replacement two weeks ago and going to miss his final game in charge ffs. Just would like to say greatest ever manager and will never forget Istanbul and the Trebles. Thank you Pep
I know the feeling - I went away for a months holiday once, and missed all of Steve Coppell’s reign - gutted…..

Those were pretty much the words he used. He wants to remain part of this club. So so proud.

Hopefully.... that means we'll yet hear from City Ambassador Pep Guardiola, when the verdict drops.

It’s off the field that Pep is in a completely different league to Ferguson. For all his 30+ years being resident in Manchester Ferguson has lived outside the city, never engaged with the people of Manchester, never shown any interest or desire in connecting with them or supporting them.
I'd say he connected with them perfectly. Had nothing to do with the city just like 99% of the fans of his club.

It enforces the notion that he has not fallen out with the club, probably just sick of the way the game is played in this country. Seeing how Arsenal had basically been given the league when we were so close must have really hit home hard. Is it any wonder that he stepped down, nobody can keep on having to deal with that.

Wonder how he will be in his new role when hes sitting in the stands watching us get turned over by Coventry.
