Pep to leave at the end of the season

Is he going to still live in Manchester or move back to Barcelona?

Beautiful post that sums up how I'm feeling as well. I can live with whatever happens from now on when it comes to the footballing side of things. We're little City - always have been and always will be. Pep let us experience what it's like to really be on the other side, among the absolute elites of the game, and now we'll go back to being on the outside of that, winning trophies but nowhere near as many or as often. But it's the 10 years he's been here for, and everything that's happened to me in those 10 years, that I'm struggling to let go of.
were defo not Little City pal, we are the 5th most valuable football team in the world! stop worrying our owners certainly wont be!!

Never be another like him. He came in dragging hope through the door. First season left some doubters. From season 2 we experienced football and success we could only have dreamed about. His teams set records that will never be bettered. All the best to him wherever he finds his next challenge.
He took over Pellegrini's team who were Champions pal?

Remember the "everyone goes nuts" video after 93:20 and there's a guy outside the ground who says "I've never seen so many grown men cry". This Sunday will surpass even that glorious day.
If you think that Peps last game will surpass 2012 you are mental!

I think he means in terms of grown men in tears rather than the occasion itself.
I was there in 2012 mate, There will never be a City game in history that will make more grown men cry!

We beat United with the last kick of the game to win our first League title in 44 years! You obviously want there!

It was 44 year of pain finally being over!

He took over Pellegrini's team who were Champions pal?
Pellegrini won the league after inheriting Mancini's team, and he took us backwards after that.

We've had an exceptional run of success that won't be repeated.

I said to a Blue a few years ago I'm enjoying it because it won't last forever.

We'll not be as crap as we were decades ago, but titles and cup triumphs won't be as commonplace anymore.

emery messed up when coaching psg and arsenal, aston villa its his level, he botched a 4 goal advantage in the champions league ffs his thing only works in europa league. also he managed to not win the french league with psg

What? Hes been very good at Chelsea if anything. Check some facts and insights about reasons of his departure then talk not before. For me its clear that BlueCo are mental and its not been Maresca's fault at all.
see your making excuses for him already.

LOL, based on what standards? Their own? Did any other team win two major trophies and come within 2 matches of another title this season? Nope, thought not. Doesn't say much for their manager does it?
Let’s not forget all the so called football pundits after last season when we were Trophy less they said pep and City dominance was over ?
What FOOLS our pep made them look and Shown then what Football Genius he his like you said look what he Achieved in his Swan song season .

Must had I’m sure when he gets to the Heavenly Kingdom he will get a Clown

Hope he also receives A knighthood for his service to the national Sport

Seeing as it was apparently his idea to implement the system that ultimately won us the treble - and our only European success - I think Maresca will leave Pep in peace.
Good comment, not our only Euro success though if you look at our history.

We will talk about the 20 trophies in 10 years for a long time as the measure of his success. But equally important are the ones where we came close too, to get the full picture just how good we were under him.

CL Final, 2 FA Cup Finals, and 3 Community Shields. This Year's league. That's within a game of 7 additional trophies.

Plus not to mention the semi-finals, and that spurs handball game what-if the worst of the lot!

We really were a winning machine this decade.
Yes, the EIGHT consecutive FA Cup semi finals is a phenominal achievement in itself.

What is doing my swede in, is the press and now wanking over how good he is and how he has influenced football in England…

Cunts have battered us and him over the past 10 years.

You know who hou are, forever you will be on the shit list. I hope you end up writing for the metro out of a cabin on Oxford road with a 1000 fans banging on the iron,

Bell Whifts.
That goes for all the melts in the matchday threads that wanted him gone too.

You never went to Maine Road did you pal? I remember being mid table in the 3rd division in 1998 and not knowing if I would get to use all my season ticket stubs before City went under!

Stop complaining pal, you sound silly!
1st game 1984 vs Shrewsbury, get back in your box.

S
So from the greatest manager the worlds ever seen to someone whose proved fuck all in his managerial career, has no style we can expect and has won mickey mouse trophies. Can't wait to be mid table again. Maresca is not a good appointment, I’ll die on that hill.
So who would you prefer - & it has to be someone who IS AVAILABLE & has won MAJOR trophies
