Surprised to see so many people turning their noses up at Pepe.
A Kompany/Pepe centre half pairing would be immense. Will scare the shit out of most PL teams.
And I'm a big Nastasic fan. Room for three top centre backs at the club. Let Lescott go if he wants.
30 for a central defender is peak of their career for the most part - £8m? No chance. If we can get him for £22m or less we'll have done a top deal.
