It's not an ideal situation especially with a serious rebuild about to start.I’d hardly call staying for one year a rebuild.
Very tough job for Viana this, it’s time for the club to start taking the power out of Guardiola’s hands regarding players/recruitment. It’s hard though when you are new to a club and your manager is someone with the reputation of Pep Guardiola.
