His wife left because she runs a business in Barcelona, nothing sinister about that, they can be together in a couple of hours every day, by private jet.

I think "Ole" should concentrate on his own problems.

His wife went back for a short time for business,she told one child and the other stayed here in school,she came back,maybe he feels they are safer in Spain right now but she likes it here

He's a very intense free spirit and that added to family circumstances will be the main driver in when he leaves. Professionally I doubt he could be in a better place because as you point out the football operation is run by people he trusts implicitly. At Barcelona those very same pals were binned off due to the political infighting while in Munich we know all too well that the corridors of power are polluted by ex-players with far too much to say for themselves.
He could feasibly stay another 5 years but if he does it will be with short term extensions and plenty of BM psycho-analysis of what he really meant when fielding inane questions from our esteemed football writers.
