My preference would be Nagelsmann, his tactics seem to fit with the philosophy of the City project.

He lost the league to leicester ,he has no balls when it gets to the crunch,they didnt attack the dippers when they were there for the taking in the chumps league,bottled the cups for six years,he is spursy through and throughUntil Poch is given the same resources as Pep it will be impossible to know whether he can compete at the highest level.
I also highly doubt Pep could have done as good a job at Spurs as Poch did.
