That's fine and most people, including myself would probably agree with youPeople have short memories. Pretty much season has games we just scraped through and losses against teams we should beat. That's football
Knowing how we finish seasons, I'm more than OK with where are right now.
Rodri is a huge miss but he hasn't played a full game for us in the league this season and we're in a very good position still and lost once. People should calm down a bit. We'll be OK, especially once we get some players back.
And if we don't happen to win the league for the first time in 5 years then it'll just make the next one more enjoyable.
However this thread isn't about our current league position or prospects for the season. It's not even about the Bournemouth defeat, albeit our recent results have camouflaged some sterile performances.
It's about Pep's future plans and the sense that it will coincide with a number of players leaving. the club
You might argue that they're mutually exclusive, but then again, some people were saying the same thing during Pellegrini's last season when the performance levels dropped and City almost failed to qualify for the CL.
