I knew there must be something negative to be found around this best news of the year.Baffling then as to why he wasn't backed in last summers window
The match thread is truly a thing to behold. And I imagine the usual suspects will be back if we struggle at the weekend. The same folk who you hardly ever see during the week.Ill unfortunately be on a plane when the match is on and i still think I'll be less high than some of the people who make comment on the matchday thread
And no better man to find it.I knew there must be something negative to be found around this best news of the year.
Can you and the team not thin out a couple of the more obvious ones? The match thread is truly a thing to behold. And I imagine the usual suspects will be back if we struggle at the weekend. The same folk who you hardly ever see during the week.
Such a balanced view - I never realised anyone on RAWK was capable of that!they are really pleased for us over at rawk. words fal me....................
I've got no problem with him getting a new contract.
As a coach he is at best mediocre. There is not a single player in the entirety of his career at City that he has coached into a better player than he started out with. There is no one there that improves in a way where you go 'Well that is because of the coaching'.
He is at his very best a guy playing Football Manager with cheat codes.
You can respect the trophy haul (no matter the number of asterisks you put next to their 115) . But I just pity him, his players and their fans. It will be meaningless
Tbf, everyone was going with it. Everyone! The journalists, the ITKs, everyone! I always called bollocks. That twinkle in his eye was there all along ;).Throwback to this - must be good to get paid to talk rubbish

Pep Guardiola plans to end Manchester City stay in two years when deal expires
Pep Guardiola, fresh from leading Manchester City to the treble, has all but decided that he will depart in summer 2025 and end his tenure after nine yearswww.theguardian.com
Premier leagueThe whole of the premiership are crapping themselves. Haha ha
Last time he extended prior to a game against Spurs, we got beat 2-0.You're all lying cunts. It'll be 'Pep Out' on the Matchday Thread at the weekend.......
There'd be no one left! And contrary to what some might think, we really don't want to ban people. We prefer to go down the route of warning posters, and banning is really the last resort. Can you and the team not thin out a couple of the more obvious ones?
Think they have took someone we were very interested in like they have done with coaches, players and even CEO,

the way i see it is that its like reality tv or our own little rawk within bluemoon in the sense that all the mad bastards are in there spouting their nonsense so the rest of us can get on with things. The match thread is truly a thing to behold. And I imagine the usual suspects will be back if we struggle at the weekend. The same folk who you hardly ever see during the week.
well arent you a little ray of glumshineLast time he extended prior to a game against Spurs, we got beat 2-0.
Just sayin’!
Fair enough. There are plenty in those threads who are definitely blues that turn into clowns if we are not 2 goals up in the first ten minutesThere'd be no one left! And contrary to what some might think, we really don't want to ban people. We prefer to go down the route of warning posters, and banning is really the last resort.
I don’t think it’s true that he wasn’t backed. More a case that the right kind of players weren’t available. And Alvarez going was simply too good a deal to turn down which Pep will have been on board with as he isn’t daft. We didn’t have much time after that to get someone else in but we don’t just buy anyone anyway. If we have to wait a year for the right player - like we did when Kompany retired - then we will. Even though that decision contributed to us ceding the title to Liverpool, once we got our man (Dias) it worked out very well for us. In any case, I think Bobb was earmarked for some of the Alvarez stuff but then he picked up that injury.Baffling then as to why he wasn't backed in last summers window, brilliant news though. Hope this bews lifts the players again
Absolutely brilliant news. Not wanting to be a downer but I’m not sure “option of another year” actually means anything but it sends a nice message.
