Pep's contract situation

How likely is Pep extension if we sign Kane? Seems like it is completely his team now and hopefully he stays beyond 2023...

I think spending that on Grealish and having Foden coming through and other youngsters are a bit incentive. He’s already stayed a lot longer than many others thought. Hopefully that carries on

I can personally see him doing it. The club is built for him, no politics, absolute trust, backing in the transfer market. The only thing not on our side is the weather and the food, and the food gets better every year (nowt we can do about the weather).
 
Grealish says the biggest pull was Pep.
I reckon Pep gave him reassurances that he'll be staying around for a while
 
Only concern is I have that the players are mostly here coming because of Pep. We are too dependent on him.

Reading between the lines that Grealish would not have come here if Guardiola was not in charge.
