He’s earned the right to go when he wants but it makes buying players difficult & keeping current team motivated. One year says to everybody he’s going in one year.
Pep is god but the club comes first & one year could hurt us more than help us
Good alternative view but new players might want security pep is staying longer if they are signing for us & turning down other big European clubs. The status quo becomes Guardiola being our manager, rather than Guardiola being our manager for X years.
I would agree but we have too many players coming to their end at city. The club needs stability & so will new players coming in. I see at least 4/5 new names in the summer they will want to know what pep is doingBollocks, 1 year is better than none. Part of Pep's repertoire to keep everyone on their toes
