Anyone on the planet is a downgrade we know that. Ideally just a new 2/3 year contract be part of the rebuild and we go again.

He could well be in the mix, but 3 games a week, and dealing with elite ego's is a different ball game.

I am starting to think the same, the CWC is a problem, next season the players will be even more fatigued and Pep himself will get little or no time away from the game which he desperately needs.

My problem with the CWC if Pep doesn’t extend but takes us to the CWC if only gives the new manager a couple of weeks before the new season
