Pep wants full backs who can be midfielders and I think that was part of our downfall on Saturday

Pretty good apart from the fact that Pep HAS managed an underperforming team. He took over Barca B just after they'd been relegated and took them back up as champions the next season.Good read, thanks for posting
Well I think that, as Sir Glen Hoddle has told Pep that managers will be licking their lips, looking at his fullbacks playing inside, Pep should take heed of the great man.
It's not as if he's had any success with this kind of thing before, after all.
It's really no wonder the England team has underperformed for so long - English coaches really are gash.

According to people who have played for him, he is apparently a superb coach tactics wise. The guy just doesnt know how to manage people.
good read. When attack we are 2-3-2-3 (similar 2-3-5 but pulled two of the forwards to just in front of midfield). Pep used this formation when play with parking bus team in German leaque.
