On the City watch podcast they were talking about Fernando and Yaya staying, and I can say that they are not justified of staying. Not good enough for a Pep system, nor is many of our other players but those two are leaving and opening up slots for Gundogan, Xhaka and or Pogba to come in. We need more energy and power there and Fernando And Yaya are finished really in that department barring a good performance which is rare against a poor Kiev.

I think Yaya's suited for a pep team, he's one of the best in the world when it comes to passing. Whether he'll be here or not remains a mystery.

Pretty clear that Pep and Yaya arent best pals after the Barca spell. Just passing hasnt EVER been the only thing he requires from his players. He wants running, pressing, positioning all to 100% and Yaya cannot do any of them. He will be sold as many sources state.

Apart from 09/10, where he had a nightmare, he's been a solid operator in the transfer market.. Hopefully he gets it right with us too.

Technically £18mil and probably still what he is worth, seeing as he is in his 3rd season at the club and he still starts from the bench just as often as he starts. Decent signing but wouldnt call it amazing.

Thiago starts most games and has had inury problems. If he was to leave now hed cost in excess of 50mil.

I would like this squad with minor changes in players but major changes in team tactics and performance.
Peps tasks should be:
1) make silva-nasri duo play like xavi-iniesta
2) develop young players to top professionals -> manu, nacho, denayer
3) make some of our flops player better -> mangala, fernando, delph,
4) use talent of sterling and debruyne and make them world class players
5) help aguero to win ballon dor :D

Nasri and Silva together is a defensive disaster waiting to happen. I like Nasri most of the bench.

Yaya did that - 98 of 99. Vidal is world class, Fernando is not. And they're not really same type of players.
