Lescott was never fast he did alright. Mangala's biggest strength is his pace but we all know how he's turned outIsn't he a bit on the slow side?

He's 28 now too which isn't a bad age considering our talent at youth level.

No we don't.....because he hasn't had the opportunity to play in a settled defence under a manager who can properly organise a team.
I haven't seen much of him Stony but I believe so.....he apparently makes up for much of that with his 'footballing brain'.
He's 28 now too which isn't a bad age considering our talent at youth level.
Neither have I mate, I don't watch much European football unless City are involved.

Don't be a plastic fan. Pellegrini has seen us play City's best football in our history. He won the league in his first season and has won domestic cups while improving our success in Europe.
Defensively we have issues because of three factors: an emphasis on attack and outscoring the opponent, Yaya contributing very little defensively creating space for the opposition between defence and midfield and injuries to Kompany.
Because of that, I'd expect Guardiola to buy at least two defenders as well as bringing back Denayer.
Ideal window:
Buy - Koke, Gundogan, Reus, Laporte, Ricardo Rodriguez
Promote - Denayer, Manu Garcia
Sell/release - Yaya, Demichelis, Bony, Fernando, Kolarov
