sort this, and lets get one in every position. Pep can sell who ever he wants.
LB - alaba, bernat, gaya
RB - fabinho, sciglio, montoya
CB - stones, laporte, mammana (argentine)
DM - gundogan, xhaka, weigl, christoph kramer or Busquets (the best in his role)
AMR - sane, berardi
ST - neymar, dybala, carlos (brazilian)
my dream team. i know this formation looks weird (2-3-3-2), but anything can happen with eccentric and freak manager like Pep. he loves and obsess with midfield players (same with me). as you can see there is 6 players in the middle. they are suppose to control the game, and 2 at the back will just sweep the ball.
i have tested this tactic on FM2015, lol. to simulate "Busquets role" is the hardest thing to do, but this is the closest things i get. if you loves tiki-taka football & triangle passes, having difficulties about lack of possession, pass completion and shoot on goal, you may try this at home. my team rarely getting outplayed by opponent teams, and scored plenty of goals too. broken most goal scoring record (team & individual) on several occasion.
i loved Busquets role. Pep is a genius.

lol and neymar and alaba... as if we could get those two
I was merely altering the starting 11 as it seemed to only include 1 midfielder.
Like many have recently said I think there is a very good chance that if Nasri is fully fit under Pep he could return to his best. In a deeper role he has all the attributes Pep wants and also has the pace to press effectively and would fit the role better than Dave.
I think there is more chance of Neymar than Alaba but not really confident on either.
