As to weaknesses, I found only one, and that is his strength too - perfectionism. Sometimes you need to be less elaborative and simply get 3 points with a shite gameplay.

But I think Pep today is much better coach then 3-4 years ago, with lot of experience. That should help. And also the fact he hardly can beat in therms of trophies his sixtuple with Barca.
