As soon as I read they were letting us personalise our seasoncards there was only one photo I wanted on mine: (try and guess what it is before opening the spoiler)

When your on the page where you have chosen personalisation on the right you have 4/5 square boxes choose the one that says images then just below there is an option that say choose file

Done that mate, but when i've chose the image, there is not "upload" button, and the image doesnt appear when i click on preview. Oh and when i click on text, it says that the text tool is unavailable.

probably me just being a bit dim but is there a knack to this? been trying most of the evening to select one of the standard designs (silva obviously) but don't seem to be able to get past the "exporting design" page.
and that's before i start on uploading an image of the junior blues at wembley on theirs...

You did click on images before you chose "choose file"

Unless the image is not compatible I don't know why it's not working! Is the file to big or a different format as in not a .jpg
