Technical note - I had no luck uploading a design when using Safari on a Mac. Switched to Firefox and solved it straight away.

3 of us in this household all on different computers - all have completed numerous designs but none of us have been able to save them. Complete waste of time - another City cock-up. Hours and hours wasted - now all given up.

If I can manage it on my bloody iphone..I'd wager it's not City who are 'cocking up'

Failed a few times until previous poster advised to use chrome. After selecting and adjusting picture, save before finishing.
