PES 2010 demo

Out today! What do you think? Definitely an improvement on 2009 but still not up to FIFA's standard though!

I finally went and bought another FIFA game last year as people were saying 2009 was finally up to scratch. You know what it isn't. It still feels like I'm not completely in control of my players (PES has moments like this but it's not continuous) and the game still looks naff. PES has many many faults, too many to go into here (my pet peave is players running straight on when you play the ball to them, particularly when using through ball, even if you are pressing towards the ball) but it's still way ahead of FIFA on fun and smoothness of play. It annoys me that PES as a game hasn't improved on the key gameplay faults but it's still the only one I really enjoy playing. I will not be buying FIFA 2010 unless I try it first.

Pro Evo is on another planet to Fifa, Fifa is for chav's with no football knowledge or Rags as we like to call them on here.

There has never been a good Fifa, I would rather get my Italia 90 on the megadrive than Fifa 09/10 on the PS3!!

Im a PES fan, but I always compare the two demos every year before buying.

I would let you know what I think but my xbox has been broken for months and its chipped so no longer under warranty!

Going to give PES a go again this year. It breaks my heart that PES has turned so shit lately. Fifa is good but I feel cheap playing it.

PES has got a lot to live up to this year.

I haven't looked yet but early evening apparently. A lot of people saying the pc and xbox versions not responsive enough but thats been fixed in a later build which reviewers have had.
