We play in the ENGLISH premier league not a UNITED KINGDOM premier league.

Anyone out there able to make up a petition to stop Cardiff getting into the EPL?

All of them should play in the Welsh League's
 
It's a bit like berwick playing in the scottish league, when they're actually an english town.
 
and derry city being in northern ireland but playing in the republic of ireland league.

why not get a petition going to chuck monaco out of the french league while we're at it.
 
I don't think that a Welsh team should be playing in the English Premier League same as I wouldn't want Rangers or Celtic playing in the English Premier League as they are Scottish

It's all a bit racist to be honest and as far as Im concenrned there's nowt wrong with taffies. :)
 
I'm not a racist at all. Just feel that the English have their own Premier League as do Scotland and Wales, so why are Cardiff allowed in the English Premier League.

Lets be fair though, I don't claim to know when the bigger teams in Wales were allowed into the English game, but i'd hazzard a guess that at the time they were allowed in, the Welsh league was none existent, at best. The Scottish league has always been relatively strong, therefore Rangers and Celtic have never had the need to move south. Thats what i'm guessing is the reason behind it anyway.
 
I can't understand why they don't go into the Welsh Premier League as they would be guaranteed Europe every year. Maybe it's something to do with money they get from our FA yet they are allowed to refer bookings and red cards to the Welsh FA. What a Joke.
 
suppose whilst you're at it you should ban all foriegn players, put any fans with questionable parentage in to a seperate pen and re-build offas dyke!
 
I don't want Cardiff to come up because I simply don't like them but the OP's posts are just simply bollocks. They've been playing in the English League since I think the 1920's, maybe earlier, due to their being no professional Welsh league and the fact they had become quite a large and successful club. So for you to just say now after 90+ years that they shouldn't be allowed to play in the English League system is just utter horse shit. Take your blinkered and prejudice thoughts elsewhere.

Yet you seem to have had no problem with them playing in the English Football League for the last 100 years. Why bring it up now?

I said to play in the English Premier League which is run seperately from the other English leagues.
