To not be allowed to talk to personalities in the stadium, is that something the FA can dictate?

I wonder if it was the CAS exoneration exclusive. That was a brilliant revelation
from Cheesy and I can imagine it put a nose or press release out of joint in City Comms. I went from a nervous wreck to sleeping like a baby.
