Phil Collins

Hard to think looking at him now that this is the man who jetted across the Atlantic and played at both the Live Aid venues.

Ah yeah, Who’s Last. Which actually wasn’t. Some great shows they did that tour, Townsend still giving it plenty.
Not that I’m a fan of theirs but I think The Clash might’ve been on support act duties.
Nash the slash and joe Jackson. joe Jackson was a last minute fill in as the clash decided to do SNL.
They were bottled off the stage.

Ouch! I’d take Joe Jackson over the Clash personally but maybe not in an enormodome North American venue.

Fucking disgusting the way his bandmates dug up his corpse to perform last weekend.

Desecrating his memory.
I don't for one minute think Phil was forced to do the tour to be honest and I doubt any of them did it for the money.

Awesome band.

I agree about the memory comment to a certain extent. We saw them on this tour and it was more than a surprise to see him as he is. Perhaps in hindsight it would have been better to only have memories from the 80's, but then again, this was the last opportunity to see them together and the music is more than just Phil.
