That was a near faultless performance. Love the way he drifts into space and looks like he already knows what he is going to do with the ball before he gets it. Lovely touch as well. Don't see why he shouldn't been the first team squad. There will be plenty opportunity on the bench. The benefits of consistent exposure to the 2 Silvas, Kev, Raheem, Yaya and Gundo in training are surely more than shipping him out on loan.

Do City loan out 17 year olds? I thought that simply from a welfare point of view we waited until they were a bit older.
 
I love the way he sprays passes out wide. There's a specific technique I've seen him use loads in the EDS and I'm sure he did it at least once against West Ham. It's like he drills it and floats it at the same time.

I thought such U-18 loans are prohibited, but don't know for sure. Diaz, on the other hand, has just turned 18, has a pro contract and 100% can be loaned out.
 
Brilliant video and shows he how similar he is to Silva in the way he moves and receives the ball. What i like about him is how quickly he moves the ball, he is either passing (mostly forward as well) the ball instantly and then moving into space, or he is on the turn and attacking forward. Exactly what we need when teams are putting 11 men behind the ball and making it difficult to break them down. He looks a fantastic talent.
