phil "no bones" jones will be forever etched in the rags history.
its not his fault the incompetent management kept giving him a new contract despite his chronic injury record.
i cant think of a single player at our club that has had to endure that kind of hatred from our fans.

We've had great fun out of him and he's been well compensated for it, so I suppose everyone's a winner other than the rags themselves so that works for me.

I'd imagine given the circumstances he's less likely at least in the short term to want to trade off his connection to them in a way that so many of their annoying has beens do.
