He is incredibly talented, but he lacks a brain. There are situations that just fluster his teammates and Slur. His forays into the attacking half have cost United on more than one occasion. He is the English Luiz in this respect. All talent, no brain.

Can he become the world class or in the top 5? I'm not so sure. He just doesn't seem like he'll be able to really carve out a defensive niche.

Do you honestly believe a Smalling-Jones CB pairing will work out? Because its just not good enough for Champions League contention. Both just aren't good enough.

I was going to have Cleverley in a free roaming position, he's way too good to be given instructions, just stick him on the pitch and let his God given talents shine.

I'm quite insulted you'd question my knowledge in this way, it's fucking obvious to even the most hardened of blues that Cleverley is better than Silva, Messi and Ravel Morrison combined!
