I remember his England debut a couple of months back.

Gave the ball away countless times, gave away needless and unnecessary freekicks, was often caught out of position and generally looked shit...

then he made a 40-50 yard run from inside our own half, bursting into the opposition half....nothing came of it like, it didn't lead to any chances or anything positive.....but, based on this one run he was hailed as England's new messiah and future captain
