Called the TO (option 1) and was cut off 4 times straight away. I've now been on hold for 30 mins to SS (option 2) instead.
Does anyone know what the difference is between a category A or category D seat?
Spent 40 mins on hold and spoke to SS. They can only do disabled tickets and its basically due to high demand and tough that you just get cut off. So I'm no better off having wasted an hour and however much money on 0871 calls!
SS did say you can choose how much you want to pay so the top tier £30 tickets should be available.
Going to try again later now because the queue will be even longer.
